Fire and ice are two completely different elements of life. One cannot survive without the other. Its like the light and the dark, the day and the night, the love and the hate. They are vital to each other in the way of life.
I dont know if its like you and I right now, but I can most certainly say that were kind of the opposites of one another.
One of us is ice. We have an immensely cold heart, unwilling to listen to what the other person says. There are moments in which we wish we could hear the other person speak, but we recognize it will not happen for a long time. The ice is thick, unbreakable to shatter to what another person has to say.
One of us is fire. We have such a warm heart, wanting to come back to the way it was before. Yet we recognize that it might not be how it really was in the past. We wish to try and make those days perhaps go behind us, but we realize that that effort will take some time. The fire is passionate in what they do, untamed yet under control
Fire and ice- perfect harmony, performing a dance for the world to see that is much unlike any other.
But then a problem arises.
What do you do when you take one away from another?
There is no balance. It is so one-sided that things begin to happen. You try to live without the other and you realize sometimes that it isnt possible. How can you bring back together two things, which are so very unique, that have been apart for perhaps the longest time they have not seen each other? One begins to miss the other, and the other begins to do the same thing.
How long must it take?
The fire begins to recede. The ice begins to melt.
What will happen when they both finally disappear?
